Building rehabilitation for 932 Lincoln Place, Brooklyn, the owners' desire to create revenue generating units on the top floors above the Hill Funeral Home.

Upper floors were designed for 4 studio residential units with ample floor to ceiling storage space and compact kitchen units.

Closet and storage space was created to allow clean surfaces and spare design so the main space appeared larger.

The interesting period details were in good condition and well maintained plus the owners appreciated them. The corner location was advantageous in maximizing natural light.
