Landscaping

Flora are special design elements, from ground cover to trees. Sunlight stimulates growth; carbon dioxide continues supporting flora during the lack of light phase, or nighttime when they release oxygen, replenishing the environment.
The root systems anchor top soil composed of air, water, and organic matter. Earth worms make easy tunnels coated with their mucus through which roots expand and rainwater percolates.

It takes many years to create top soil:

  • the climate;
  • the nature of the parent rock (mineral content);
  • the mass and the character of the vegetation:
  • the age of the soil, and the relief, or location (mountainous of flat)

are all factors in the soil's quality. Soil is the foundation for wondrous, fragrant, beautiful things that:

  • curtail erosion;
  • provide shade;
  • provide fruit, vegetables, nuts, teas, and
  • increase the property value

About ten years go a conference examined the value of flora of several existing properties in the United States.

The conclusion: flora saves in maintenance and energy if used correctly. It is not just what you build that increases property value; it is also recognized that what you plant directly affects property value as well. Secluded Sanctuary

There are consequences for denying that the planet Earth has a finite amount of space for human generated waste which we, until recently, created without checking ourselves at all. We have slowed down but not to where we need to be.

Composting

Composting is a small part of the environmental process. It returns waste to the soil, enriching it again. Organic thingslike waste from meal preparation without oils or fats, dairy products or meats, can be turned into a rich, growing mediumin 16 weeks or less if you add a commercial or organic activator to accelerate the process.

When the value of waste shows itself in the new vegetables and fruits you have around your home or property, it may change your attitude about what you throw away. When planting your landscape, enclose a portion of your yard to contain waste. Add plant trimmings from around the property, cow manure, and wet it down.

The mixture will reach 120 degrees to destroy harmful bacteria.

The mix should smell earthy and pleasant(some might not think so, however). It should not wrinkle the nose.

Bury the food well to deter foraging pests. Once they know a food source exists, it will be difficult to get rid of them.

Composting is one of the easiest ways to reduce waste and create a valuable substance in return for the small amount of work it requires.

Rudolf Steiner

Rudolf Steiner will be remembered for his lectures about the planet and the forces of nature, how they affect the living things we consume, and how we can maximize the forces to grow and nurture the highest and best crops ever imaginable.

The farm was pictured as a unified organism amid individual ones working synchronistically as a whole. Dr. Steiner legitimized himself to give credence to the message. His 1924 series of 8, only 8, lectures shook the belief systems of contemporary thinkers.

Even today, skeptics exist in the form of Monsanto, etc. firmly believing chemicals do a better job of controlling the growth of plants and their immune systems despite evidence to the contrary. Substances placed in water are stirred for many minutes, clockwise and counterclockwise so that the resulting vortex pulls the cosmic forces into the fluid. This fluid strengthens plants against pest attacks and increases the nutritional value as well.

Using animal parts, like horns and bladders, stuffing them with preparations and burying them for a specific amount of time produced substances so powerful that could energize an acre of soil from a teaspoonful.

And this is what we take into our bodies.

We are creatures of the cosmos on which these forces act 24/7. How far fetched is it that we can integrate them into substances that can enhance and heal us and the planet?
