new home design
new home design is an octagonal shape designed two story structure that uses tropical hardwood and concrete. The site is heavily planted with indigenous flora, fruit-bearing trees, and other organic produce. It employs total waste water reuse.
The three-bedroom 2.5 bath structure takes full advantage of community and privacy within and around the home. The master bedroom deck is a room unto itself with a trellis for passion fruit and fragrant flowers providing shade. 
The home is raised on a pedestal because the site is low lying near a pond that collects runoff from the surrounding hillside.
