Principals

L5 DESIGN principals include two persons: Allison L. Hill and Dr. Clement E. Hill, II.

Allison L. Hill attended an accredited college for architecture. She taught architectural design, construction and technical drawings, and interior design at accredited colleges in the United States and in the British Virgin Islands. She spoke before audiences on barrier-free design in New York, USA.

She has over thirty years of experience from various architectural firms in New York City, her own practice there and in the British Virgin Islands. She acknowledges through her life and work the interconnectedness of concepts that have been traditionally considered separate and irrelevant.

Mrs. Hill applies from continuous education, various analyses of energy to create the highest and best use of environment for clients through architectural design and interior design. Mrs. Hill has studied energy - light, color, and sound - for healing individuals within environments.

The L5 DESIGN principal responsible for business development is Dr. Clement E. Hill, II worked as a Business Opportunity/Development Specialist (BOS) with the Small Business Administration in New York City. He engaged in financial, managerial, and marketing planning with a focus on restoring and upgrading economic development in the business community.

Dr. Hill spent twenty years in various sales and marketing functions with Fortune 100 companies.

He returned to the BVI to a government position in the Chief Minister's Office as an Assistant Secretary and then as Director of Development and Business Initiatives at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College, Paraquita Bay Campus on Tortola.

Dr. Hill acquired his terminal degree in development economics specializing in small business development. His doctoral project became the government's Micro Enterprise Development Project or MEDP to increase access to entrepreneurship in the British Virgin Islands.
